Recruitment Good employment practices start with good
recruitment and selection practices. We attempt to make sure that the best

written aptitude and technical tests are administered to eligible candidates. We
ensure that selection takes place only when a candidate has been evaluated and
seen by at least two departmental heads from technical and aptitude/ attitude
points of view.
